Payment by card to the courier

Payment by card to the courier is available when making delivery in Moscow.

Please note that when returning an order, a refund is made only to a bank card using the details provided in the return application.

For other types of delivery, you can only pay for your order using prepayment in the following ways:

Online payment on the site

After confirming the order, you will automatically be redirected to the online payment page, where you need to carefully and accurately enter your card details:

  • Card owner (indicated on the front side of the bank card in English in capital letters. For example: PETROV IVAN);

  • Card number (indicated on the front side of a bank card and consists of 16 digits. For example: 0123 4567 8901 2345);

  • The card validity period (indicated on the front side of the bank card - the month and year until which the card is valid. The card validity period is entered in numbers. For example: 12 (entered in the month field) and 22 (entered in the year field), which means that the card is valid until December 2022); CVV2 or CVC2 card code (indicated on the back of a bank card and consists of three digits. For example: 123).

At the time of payment for the order, you can save the payment card details to your personal account. You will be able to pay for your next purchases in one click by selecting the desired card.

Possible reasons for refusal to make a payment.

  • The card has expired. Make sure your card is still valid. The validity period of the card is indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). For details about the validity period of the card, please contact the bank that issued the bank card.

  • There are not enough funds to pay on a bank card. For details on the status of the bank card account, please contact the bank that issued the bank card.

  • The limit of transactions per day has been exceeded. The amount of the daily limit for transactions is determined by the partner bank.

  • The bank blocks the operation on suspicion of dishonesty.

Pay by card on the site

You can pay for your order with a Visa, Mastercard or MIR payment card in the online store. After successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt. The information indicated on the receipt contains all the data on the payment transaction.

Security Guarantees

Your payment card data is guaranteed to be protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. Card details are entered on a secure bank payment page, information is transferred using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. For additional authentication of the Cardholder, the 3D-Secure protocol is used. If the Issuer supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server to enter additional payment details.
